In order to answer a few questions in advance, we have listed the most important ones here.

Booking

You are welcome to book your desired period of time online around the clock on our homepage. Optioning for a few days is also possible. Do you have any questions or would you like extensive advice? Then you can send an inquiry via our contact form or call our Sylt team on 04651 - 8869100.

Office Opening Hours

We are here for you!
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (May-October season only)
On Sundays and public holidays only arrivals via the "Key Boy" key safe.

Arrival Time & Key Handover

About a week before arrival you will receive an email from us with the most important information about your arrival. The keys can be handed over from 4 p.m. in our office at Fineline Sylt Ferienagentur at Kirchenweg 8 in Westerland. If the apartment should be ready for occupancy before 4 p.m., the keys can also be picked up earlier.
Arriving outside of our opening hours? - No problem!
Outside of our opening hours, we deposit the key in our Key Boy - key safe/key safe. This is located to the right of the front door at the office.

Departure

Please return the apartment keys to our office when you leave. If the office at Kirchenweg 8 in Westerland is not manned, simply put the keys in the "key return" mailbox to the left of the front door.
It is imperative that the keys are left at the office or in the key return mailbox upon departure. If this is not complied with, a flat-rate fee will be charged, see General Terms and Conditions.

Pay

As a rule, we take a deposit of approx. 20% within one week when booking and the remaining payment no later than 2 weeks before arrival. In the case of short-term bookings, the entire travel price is due before arrival. In exceptional cases, payment can be made on site when the keys are handed over in cash or by card (EC/credit card).
Please understand that we cannot hand out keys if an amount is still outstanding.

Bed Sheets & Towels

Please note that you have to book laundry packages with us (should these not be included, in some properties from the 7th night included) if you do not want to bring your own. A laundry package contains per person bed linen and sheets, 2 large and 2 small towels as well as a shower mat and a kitchen towel. We charge EUR 25.00 per person. Would you like to have a few more towels for your summer holiday? You are also welcome to rent individual towels from us. Small towel: 2.00 euros, large towel: 4.00 euros, bed sheet: 5.00 euros.

Holiday With Dog

In some selected properties you can take your four-legged friend with you on vacation. We charge EUR 10.00 per night per dog.
You will find a little surprise for your darling in the booked holiday home or you can pick it up from our office.

Late Check Out

If possible, we offer a late check-out for a surcharge. Contact us at short notice.

Internet Access

With one exception, all of our properties have WiFi. You will receive the WLAN access data from us in the arrival information. No guarantee can be given for the actual availability, suitability and reliability of the Internet access. You can find out more about this in our WLAN usage agreement.

Travel Cots & High Chairs

For our youngest guests, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair for a surcharge of EUR 5.00 each. This must be booked by you when booking or at short notice, since not every holiday home has its own children's equipment.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene, the beds are supplied without a mattress and ticking or bed linen and sheets.

Luggage Service

Would you like to travel comfortably without a suitcase? - No problem! Simply have your suitcases sent to our office. From there you can take your suitcase with you or, for a fee, have us bring it to your holiday home. Please ask our team on Sylt about this.

Tourist tax & Tourist cards

All our guests are obliged to pay the local tourist tax. Exceptions apply to business travelers or seminar participants. Persons with a degree of disability of at least 80% receive discounts, as does the accompanying person. On arrival you will receive the spa card with the keys from us. Upon departure, only the visitor's card from the community of Wenningstedt-Braderup must be returned.

Travel As A Smoker

All of our holiday homes are non-smoking properties. In selected properties you will find an ashtray on the balcony or terrace that you can use. After use, we would kindly ask you to empty and clean it.

Cancellation & Cancellation Conditions

Are you unable to travel due to illness or personal reasons? In the following we give you our cancellation conditions:
up to 125 days before arrival 100% reimbursement of the travel price
from 125 days before arrival 60% of the rental price
from 60 days until arrival 80% of the rental price
Every day that we re-let will of course be deducted from the cancellation fee.
We have different cancellation/down payment conditions on our partner portals such as Airbnb, Booking, etc., please contact us about this.

Means Of Payment

The following means of payment are possible: cash, EC card, credit card & bank transfer.
